Depends on your skills, budget, etc.

Probably the best way is to print through a program that runs on the HP 3000
and listens on a socket.  You can probably get such a thing from either Lars
or Beechglen.  It would be a very simple example of a TCP server that runs
on the HP 3000.  I believe both Lars and Mike Hornsby give such things away.
What you need is simple listner on the HP 3000 that passes anything it gets
through to a printer (the spooler).  You then can send anything you want to
print through via a socket connection.

Alternatively, if you have $$ you can use one of the LPD solutions that run
on the HP 3000 and send your data to them by pretending to be an LPR client.

There are other ways as well.
