hmmm...it seems that it is not. After more testing, (and another SA), I am
finding it could be caused by reading & writing to pipe files. The error
message came from Streams/iX and screamed about a buffer size error. I'll
keep testing....the weird thing is that I haven't changed anything an this
stuff was running fine last week.
