<< Has anybody had experience with consolidating MPE systems where both
systems
had identical application account names? How did you handle this? In our
instance, these are two development systems which have identical account
structures on two separate production systems, each of which corresponds in
account naming convention to their separate development systems -- and we
have been tasked to consolidate the two development images onto one box.

We consolidated three HP3000's running identical copies of an application
onto one new HP3000. We created an account corresponding to each of
the three original machines, with identical groups and data base and file
names in each account. The actual data base and file contents are
different, of course. We created another account to hold the executable
program code and the the VPLUS forms files.
Mass changes to job streams for the new account names were done with
an editor.
