If a users knows or has access to a logon with OP or SM caps then they
can create a job with that name and set it to HIPRI.
If you have a UDC or script called HIPRI that calls MPEX with allowcaps
then you need to lock it down; but that brings us back to the first
statement. If you lockword it and a user can create a job with
manager.sys or operator.sys or some other user with SM then they could
use a job to get at the lockword.
Write a policy that will get the user written up and let go if the abuse
continues.

I just left a message on Ben Bruno's email so STR's phones are working
for me. The number I use for STR is 804-897-1600.
FYI I just received a check from STR yesterday so I wouldn't assume
anything negative.
