There is a telesup utility from HP that will do what you need. It is called
KSCHKIX and may be found in PRVXL.TELESUP. The most recent
version is A.02.02. The menu the current version displays looks like this:

1. Check file structure (original functionality)
2. Analyze index block usage
3. Verify file (like KSAMUTIL's VERIFY)
4. File audit (report file full percentages)
5. Enter DEBUG
6. Exit Program

Option 4 will let you select the name of a file or a wildcarded group of files
to report on. You can then select to report all the files or only those that are
a certain percentage full.

The output looks a little like the traditional LISTFILE output. On the left it
will display the record counts with active, free and deleted records. It will
also designate files with "reuse" using "(R)" next to the deleted record count.
On the right it displays key page utilization.

If you do not have a copy on your system you can contact your local Response
Center (assuming you get support from them) for a copy. If you have an older
version you should avoid using that. Some earlier versions had options that have
since been incorporated into the listfile command, the equivalent functions in kschkix
would cause hangs if run on newer versions of MPE/iX.
