  If it is an IMAGE database...
   
  RUN DBUTIL.PUB.SYS
  >SHOW DBNAME LOCKS 
   
  You should be logged on as the creator and in the group with the file resides... also
  do a 
  
RESET @ 
   
  before issuing the run command.
