I use a very inexpensive package called "ClickBook" for this sort
thing. Simply setup the pages in word and then print them to a
printer using clickbook driver. It looks after all pagination, reduction
and so on. For example if I'm printing 27 pages from Word,
clickbook will actually print 8 pages with 4 correctly sequenced
pages on each sheet, I don't have to worry about which page goes
where. Been using it for years. Lots of other capabilities too.
