This was evidently written into her contract before she was hired.
Therefore, the real culprits are those who wrote/approved her contract.
And it's not just Carly...this has happened all over. Top executives are
getting super-rich, regardless of the performance of their company, which
then of course puts the load on the backs of the shareholders, and now in
Enron's case, even the employees.
