How do I clear the session count for a user.account?

I have some demo software that I would like to remove from my system (I do a
purgeacct <account>), but I get a message stating:

In use.  Can't be purged. (CIERR 916)


When I do a listuser on the offending user.account, I get:

ps. there are no files left in any of the groups for this account, just the user
and the account is left.
