Try SECURITY/3000 from VESOFT. It uses PE instead of a logon udc to activate
it's security checking.

If you have JINETD running you can restrict based on IP address
in your INETDSEC.NET file..Same with telnet..Don't know of a way
to restrict based on user though since you can't interrogate the logon
with
a logon UDC.
