hello everyone

i have been able to login to a server using ftp on a hp mpe/ix machine.

my problem is that i cannot transfer the mpe file here is the lines of
script  and error, any info on solving this would be greatly appreciated.

230 User 927login logged in.
Remote system type is Windows_NT.
ftp> send me.data
200 PORT command successful.
550 me.data: Access is denied.
Data Transfer Request Failed.  (FTPERR 13)
ftp>
