I'll second that motion! :-). I'm used to running Un*x and M$ boxes without
outside help, but I would never want to run a 3000 shop without HPRC access.
Is that because the 3000 is more complex or something? No, it's because we
depend on it. If the Un*x box goes down, it's a bit of an inconvenience and
frustration, if the M$ box goes down it's business as usual ;-), but if the
3000 goes down, we come to a grinding halt and I need answers fast.
By the by, very happy to see new passages from "the epistle of Trudeau" :-)!
