Not that I know of with analog modems, unless there's some black-box
type solution for each end.  However, there is a defined protocol,
multilink PPP, which indeed binds slower lines (channels).  This is
how ISDN works.  Multilink PPP is fairly straightforward within a given
box, but larger access servers such as those used by an ISP for their
dialup farms support "Multi-chassis Multilink PPP" where the two data
calls need not come in on the same PRI, or for that matter, the same
access server; but they are still bound.
