18. Have a committee decide which of five dead horses would be best to ride as a standard: Possibly pick two as the top contenders.
19. Declare the dead horse "legacy" to be replaced at some future time with a more popular dead horse.
20. Do a study on the dead horse for "Cost of Ownership".
21. Ignore the dead horse, claiming that it isn't a problem.
22. Request help from the Gartner Group to determine which dead horse is best.
