Actually, this may be a fair point.  I was listening to NPR this morning (don't
ask why)... and somebody went as far as to blame Hurricane Frances on the
current Bush administration.

I thought I had heard it all, but they suggested that hurricane's should be
named B-Bush, C-Chennny... E-Exxon... etc...
