So I suppose that's why most newer toner cartridges (designed by Canon) are
physicaly SMALLER?  Toner must be packed in tightly or something.

If HP or any printer mfgr really wants to help their customers and 'save the
environment' they should design both toner and ink cartridges to be easily
refilled and thus reused.
