Thanks...my notes had question marks on the numbers, which I wasn't
clear on in my posting.

On 5.5 PP4...and on 5.5 PP3...
I just tested FINFO ("filename", 58) and indeed got the number of
sectors (note: sector is 256 bytes), and FINFO ("filename", 59)
and got the number of extents.
