Heard and interesting sorry on the radio going to lunch.  The electric
utility in Austin ran a Y2K test last night (9/8/99).  They were not
testing the computer systems, they were testing the human part of the
disaster recovery plan for Y2K.

Sounds like an excuse to have them there in case there was a problem,
without worrying everyone.  Or am I reading too much into this.
