Just got email from Jim Keller at Interex:  Even though the Interex
office is officially shut down until 2 Jan 2002, they got this problem
fixed:  "NAME" has now been extended from 15 to 30 bytes.  Thank
you to Interex personnel for going the extra mile to support this
urgent SIGImage/SQL Ballot....   :-)
