I copied the CD onto an HP3000 using Samba/iX, and shared it easily to WAN
and LAN users ... via Samba/iX ...

Subject: Share the hpmanual CD-ROM on win95/nt

I wish to share my HP manual CD-ROM with 12 analysts.
I have a CD server which places all the CD-ROMS as a subdirectory under
a public directory.
We only see one drive letter.
I cannot get the Hp Laserrom software to find this CD.
I cannot make this server place a CD as the root on a drive instead to 2
directories below root.
the path is \\cdserver\public\hpmanual.
I changed the laserrom.ini file but it did not recognized then entry.
Has anyone made this work with WIN95 or NT?
