Thanks Amit.  Its seems obvious that while we got a new version of
Reflection, we forget to upload the PCLINK program if it has the same name.
Perhaps WRQ should have called it PCLINK3 (for version 3)?  In any case we
aren't using any Posix features (MPE namespace), but its worth a shot.
 
I'll do so and report back whether this clears it up.
