Just when you thought you had a grip. N Class name changes:
N-class with the "new" PA-8700 systems are called *rp7400*, as are the
PA-8600 (550 MHz) systems.
N-Class with PA-8500 (360 and 440MHz) and  PA-8600 (550MHz) systems sold
prior to September 2001, are not considered rp7400 and are known simply as
N-class.

This is true both in the MPE and HP-UX namespace.
