Jeff,

It could perhaps have something to do with the fact that most of us haven't
yet upgraded to 6.5.

This is kind of a chicken-and-the-egg situation. We want the functionality
in 6.5 that we already have in a prior release, and so we wait; but it won't
show up until a "critical mass" of people upgrade and test the beta patch.
