Is this an MPE/V system?  If so, it means that some inconsistency was
discovered in the freespace bitmap used to keep track of allocated
disk space.  It's been a while, but I believe the solution is to
reboot the system with the Recover Lost Disc Space option if it was
*not* a private volume that had the error, or do some command in
VINIT(?) if it was a Private Volume (it's been a long time, sorry).
