I know that Chris Bartram has a file on www.3k.com. Also, the
Interex publications are indexed on www.interex.org, so a
search for WWW brings up:

Title: World Wide Web (WWW) Servers (Internetworking)

OS: MPE/iX MPE V=20
   Sigfrido Lichtenthal
   United States

Abstract:
The use of the HP 3000 as a World Wide Web server is
described. The software needed to be a provider of
information on the WWW is examined, and the use of this
software on the HP 3000 is discussed. Important features the
HP 3000 offers are explored, and ways in which users can
find out about Web server software for the HP 3000 are
   described.

Originally appeared in the February 1995 Interact magazine
   on pages 20(2)=20
