So, let's see ... if you have a BIG problem ...

First you make it a challenge,
Then you make it an opportunity,
Resulting in it becoming an asset.

And ...

If you work in the factory, you have problems to solve.
If you work in engineering, you have challenges to design around.
If you work in marketing or sales, you have opportunities for growth.
If you are CEO, all these become assets.
If you are CFO, you can take heart in the fact that the more problems
your company has, the greater its book value.

So, investors can now look for companies with BIG PROBLEMS and wait for
them to be capitalized.  Bingo, instant shareholder wealth.
