Without ANY disrespect whatever to Jeff and the folks at CSY, or to Ken
and Duane (the squeaky wheels that are finally getting some attention!)
the folks who really deserve our thanks are Ann Livermore, Tom Ashburn,
Doug Blackwood and Sue Bennett with the Support Group - the source of
the funding! It was these folks who had the vision that HP is a single
company, and that the delight and satisfaction of their customers was
the responsibility of ALL divisions.

I look forward to seeing what happens next.....
