Do you have an SR number for this so I can contact the HPRC and add my vote
for a patch?  (At HP at least, multiple customer requests for bug fixes *can*
get things moved up in the priority queue.)

I haven't experienced the problem here yet, but I'm going to be teaching CGI
programming to about 15 people next month, and it will be easy for them to
forget about this bug and attempt CIOR.  :-(
