Seems to me that the sensible thing for Florida to do is to voluntarily
abstain from the electoral college vote in December. And then to enact
legislation which makes abstension mandatory if the results of an election
are within the margin of error of whatever method is used to mark and tally
ballots.

But what do I know, I'm Canadian.
