Please forgive the off topic request, but I'm sure this group would
have some good advice and examples.
We're developing a policy on employees reimbursing the University for
training costs if they leave before some period of time (like 2 years).
The training costs being considered include off site classes and CBT
modules used in the office.
We're wondering what kinds of policies are in place other places,
Universities, Corporate, or Government. Please reply directly to me to
save the list from more abuse. For those interested I'll send a summary,
just let me know.
