Has anyone used the MicroFocus Cobol Workbench and Animator on the HP3000?

It works fine for the PC, and it is offered for the 9000 within the
MicroFocus literature but it makes no mention of availability for the 3000.
 HP's price guide has a part number  for the  3000 product but people I've
spoken with at MicroFocus couldn't give me a difinitive answer.
