Makes me wonder if "SPAM Billing" would make up a reasonable service
for independent consultants... Some contractual arrangement where you
forward or fax a copy of the SPAM to your SPAM-Billing-Service-Provider
and have them take care of that for you. They would do things like warn
the spammer, locate the spammer, charge the spammer etc. The fees that
are charged to spammer or spammer's ISP could then be split between the
SPAM-Billing-Service-Provider and yourself.
