You can do it using :NETCONTROL TRACEON/TRACEOFF and NMDUMP.PUB.SYS, but this
is not a very friendly or easy to use combination.  Plus all you get is raw
hexadecimal output instead of nicely formatted packet header fields.

It's much easier to do your packet sniffing from an external machine on the
same LAN segment.  Linux/Unix tcpdump (http://www.tcpdump.org) and
Linux/Unix/Windows Ethereal (http://www.ethereal.com) are pretty decent.
