The SR for PASSIVE is SR 8606-145107.

Both the FTP Client and FTP Server currently report if PASSIVE
is installed in the version banner.

FTPGDM9 for C.70.00 GENERAL RELEASE patch includes PASSIVE support.
FTPGDN0 for C.65.00 GENERAL RELEASE patch includes PASSIVE support.
