I have stencils from 1999.  It seems to me there were some HP3000
stencils but I don't have Visio anymore to check which set they might
be in.  It seems I was looking for HP3000 icons and noticed them
missing from later stencils.  The set names do not provide a clue and
the readme file does not mention 3000 specifically (did a find on
3000).  They do have D, K, N, V-class 9000s listed.

They are Visio 4 or 5, though.  I think they can be used in later
versions but there was a performance issue if I recall.

Let me know if you are still are looking and I can forward them.  The
files are large.  The original exe file is around 5.9 mb.  I don't
like sending exe files since some mail systems will automatically
strip them off.
