The view that is missing is created by the ODBCVIEW script
that must be run in initialize a DBE for ODBC. The script
may be found in ODBCVIEW.PUB.SYS
 
use ISQL as follows:
 
ISQL
>connect to '<your dbe>'
>start ODBCVIEW.PUB.SYS
>exit
