Worst (only?) case: there's a prompt in SYSDUMP for "SYSTEM SL
CHANGES?" which allows you to edit (with SEGMENTER) the SL that will
be dumped to tape.  Then you coldstart from the tape.

But I think I remember being able to add a segment to the system SL
without having to do that.  It's been a long time though.
