Ooops..... I may have started these rumors with two posts I made in the
last month. First let me say "I DO NOT THINK ANY OF THE MINOR PROBLEMS
WE HAD WITH THE MPE 5.0 UPGRADE WERE PASCAL BUGS". Sometimes it is
easier to blame a system upgrade then take the time track down the real
cause. In the last 18 years, I have only had the priviledge of finding 2
bugs in HP compilers and both were promptly fixed by HP within 30 days of
being reported (COBOL in early 80's, and PASCAL in Sept. 92). The Pascal
bug was with using SETS with more than 16 items and was fixed in version
A.04.09. I got a little mail on this one so I'll have to be more careful
in the future.

Humbly...
Mel Rees
