We looked at it at HPWorld and signed up for the id's. Haven't gotten the
id's and passwords from HP to access it though. It did look very useful in
demo mode.

Subject: [HP3000-L] HP Service Contracts
My Fellow Listers,
I received a very interesting postcard the other day from HP. And
since I
haven't noticed anyone else mention it, I will!
I want to be the first to congratulate the HP Support division on
their
upcoming rollout of online service contract administration!
According to
the postcard a user should be able to:
"Review your environment
Revise your support deliverables (and)
Renew your support agreement"
I can't wait to give this new system a try,
John Hornberger
