Thanks! I stand corrected. Maybe I should have said "there is no place that
I know of."

It isn't extremely obvious, though. IMHO options should be available on a
menu somewhere. One should not have to fire up the RB editor to set the
default location. I guess if that's the only complaint I have about
Reflection then it can't be too bad :)
