First, by default, a Windows NT4 PDC is NOT a NTP server. You will probably
need to add a service and have it get its time somewhere. Then, your server
will become a "real" time server.

Go on Microsoft Support web site ( http://support.microsoft.com ) and search
for either TimeServ or W32Time for more details.

Hope this will help !
