Having just installed an N-Class for an AMISYS client. Batch jobs were
taking just 1/2 the time as before. We were coming from an HP3000/979-400.
We also installed fiber channel disks and maximum memory. BTW- no problems
with 7.5 either. We also had a real good systems manager doing the work ;-)

A Positive Attitude Will Not Solve All of Your Problems, But
It will Annoy Enough People to Make It Worth The Effort.

what is your true opinion with the N-Class machine?

Will it truly buy us something or not? They are starting to seriously look
at purchasing that machine.

Will we will see a noticeable improvement with batch jobs.?
