Shane - I have a friend across town who emigrated here from London in 1956.
He has a friend from Waco Texas who accuses him of not speaking proper
English! You have to hear the Texas twang to understand...

There are over 300 dialects of English in the UK alone - when I was in
Australia I got to the point I could distinguish New Zealand from Australia.
BTW correct me if I am wrong but I could detect no discernable difference in
accents from Darwin to Sydney - is there a variance?

Soon as I finish my own Y2K stuff I'll study the OS manual for MPE/ix and
maybe then be able to help others and ask intelligent questions.

BTW my office has 3 full time people including me - anyone smaller?
