Did you go to 7.0, or 7.0 Express 1?  I vaguely recall that Predictive
Support is not supported in 7.0.  7.0 was an interim release (no
multiprocessor support, no predictive, no lots of other things) in order
to get the first A/N class boxes out the door.  Express 1 adds all of
the missing functionality and is really more like a 7.1 release than an
ordinary Express update.
