NetMail/3000 and DeskLink automatically encode files using WRQ's label
format (or Business Session's BACKUP format) before MIME-encoding or
uuencoding files for transfer, and decode them automatically on receipt.
The nmencode/nmdecode programs that do this are available on our ftp
server (in the PROGS directory I believe).
I believe (craig?) that Fransen/King's ftp product also does something
similar...
