Oh, individuals have chosen to do what the documentarian did, and eat only
from McDonald's menu for one month, trying everything once. And they got
different results. Imagine that.

And how does one decide what to order after one has tried everything once?
It all depends on what you want to prove. The documentarian seems to have
chosen the less balanced choices for his additional meals. Look, back when
one could supersize, they didn't ask us if we wanted to supersize salads or
water.
