Question was :
 After applying C.50.04 to the system suddenly one file started to have
ACD. I tried to delete it by entering
altsec filename;delacd
but system gives a message
Canot delete ACD's from objects where file matrix security does not
apply. (CIERR 7330).
 
Any ideas what should I do to delete the ACD ??

Suggestion :
 
Is Patch MPEHXU2A part of C.50.04 ?
 
After applying this, a similiar problem was solved on C.50.02
(now we have subsys C.50.02, PowerPatch C.50.04 P4)
