HP3000-L is (fortunately) not a hostile environment. Like MPE/iX itself ;-)

PS: I installed HP-UX on a 9x7 machine loong ago, but why would one really
want to do that? Putting technical (non-)issues aside, there might be legal
issues from the licensing point of view (I am not a lawyer; and definitely
not speaking for hp.com here). For learning Unix, it might be cheaper and
easier to get a PC and install Linux...
