If I understand correctly what you mean by a 937, then an RX2660 would be the comparable HP-UX machine today.
It is an Integrity machine, though HP-UX comes with a PA-RISC emulator built in. (For HP-UX programs.) 

I've put several of them in over the past year or so, though mostly running OpenVMS.
