simpler than ASP.

Considerable progress has been made since PHP/iX was last mentioned on
HP3000-L.
PHP/iX now runs as a DSO inside Apache
DBPUT, DBUPDATE & DBDELETE have been implemented.
Testing to date has been very encouraging.
